    • While the image in this post was made locally, this flower was one of the first I ever photographed in the Royal Botanic Gardens and it also makes for a nice photo when photographed from above the flower head or before the flower actually opens.

  1. It’s a beautiful plant. I just learned about the borage family this year, from a woman who told me that’s what I was photographing. It was a different species than yours, but really gorgeous.
